Agreement

1. The duplicate of business license, advertising material and its supplementary document should be submitted for the purpose of attesting to its authenticity. Party A should be responsible for any dispute arisen from the AD. Party B may befittingly emendate the AD’s content according to Chinese Advertisement Law.

2. Party B should put the AD in the given page and issue according to the agreement. Having any change regarding the advertisement, Party A should give written notice to Party B before the 15^th of the given month.

3. The payment for advertisement should be made in advance.

4. Additional items being agreed between two parties are of equal effect..

5. Any contractual dispute may be settled through friendly negotiation or prosecution.

6. The contract is in duplicate, both parties should sign each copy, and one for each party.
